Join the tradition and taste the harvest at Michel-Schlumberger Wine Estate. A behind-the-scenes harvest tour shows you the inner workings of an artisan wine estate during "the Crush." Harvest and crush are in full tilt, so as part of the experience, guests often get to taste grapes fresh off the vine just before they begin their transformational journey into wine, or grab a splash of free-run juice just squeezed and headed for the barrels. Your tour will be followed by the hearty fare and camaraderie of the traditional Harvest Lunch table with views of their hillside vineyards. Local chef Sondra Bernstein from Girl and the Fig will be preparing your Harvest Lunch using all locally sourced produce from their restaurant gardens, local organic farmers or Michel-Schulmberger's own organic Estate garden.
