Interactive Food and Wine Pairing Dinner at thumbprint cellars

Description: Join us at the Tasting Room on Saturday, August 7th for the inaugural Six-Course Interactive Wine and Food Pairing Dinner!
Each of the six courses will feature three small-bite offerings to pair with a selected thumbprint wine. Each of the three bites will consist of the same food item, but prepared in three separate flavor formats; for example sweet, spicy and savory. You decide which flavor format you prefer with each wine.
Winemaker Scott will be on hand to discuss the 'chemistry' behind the different flavor experiences as the food and wine interact and thumbprint's Chef Kate will be on hand to discuss her food creations and how to prepare them at home!
