Applewood Restaurant is happy to announce an exciting event this month – a winemaker dinner with Rick and Amber Moshin. The restaurant is one of six Sonoma County restaurants receiving a coveted Michelin Star.
Chef Bruce Frieseke has thoughtfully paired Moshin wines with his stellar cuisine. Two of their new superstar summertime wines will be featured – 2010 Pinot Gris and 2010 Rose of Pinot Noir as well as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, and the newly released Moshin Potion No. 9 dessert wine.
