will close out the 2011 Winemaker Dinner series with Radio-Coteau — one of Sonoma County’s most exciting boutique wineries. In less than a decade, winemaker Eric Sussman has crafted some of California’s most compelling and sought-after wines. Drawing from valuable time spent working in Bordeaux and Burgundy, Eric uses old-world sensibility and tradition in crafting wines from northern California’s cool coastal regions. By never fining or filtering his wines, nor adding acids, enzymes, or other such adulterations, Eric allows his wines to present “the best possible expression” of their origin and vintage. Join Dry Creek Kitchen
Chef Dustin Valette and winemaker/proprietor Eric Sussman for an elegant four-course menu that highlights and complements the nuances of these delicious wines.
