Blending Seminars with Peter Griffith -
Now you can experience the joys and frustrations of being a winemaker at Ravenswood. At their wonderful Blending Lab you can create your own mix of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Carignane. This blending seminar is open to everyone over 21. You'll get a great hands-on experience, and you'll even be able to take your blend home in a 375ml bottle to share with your family and friends. The seminar usually goes for an hour and a half.
Reservations are required.
