Special Winemaker Dinner at Medlock Ames

Description:
Join Medlock Ames for a special evening in their tasting room gardens. They will be re-creating the menu from their April 2011 feature article in Food & Wine Magazine. The menu will include wood-fired pizza, rustic vegetable tart, garlic-infused gleason ranch rack of lamb, mushroom risotto, pickled beet salad, and hand-cut marmalade and shortbread with laloo's goats milk ice cream. The food will be paired with their own wines and signature cocktail.
