Description:

Test your senses with a completely "blind" food and wine pairing at Nicholson RanchShow on map. Without your sense of sight, could you differentiate a Pinot Noir from a Chardonnay? Would you be willing to believe that steak and Chardonnay are the perfect pairing? At this event, wines will be served in black wine glasses to remove the often undervalued sense - the visual sense. To make things more interesting, pairings will be served "hidden" in Phyllo pouches, enrobed in Chocolate, or disguised as other foods!
