Kick off the summer season at Seghesio as they fire up their brand-new Caja China roasting boxes for a pig roast and perfect pairing not to be missed! Taste two new Centennial Club selections — their 2010 Home Ranch and San Lorenzo Block 8 Zinfandels — and the flavors of the Caribbean. Caja China boxes are a Cuban family tradition Seghesio is proud to make their own. Chef Peter’s menu will feature perfectly cooked Whole Roasted Pig, Coconut Rice, Havana-Style Baked Black Beans, Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato and Sofrito Hash, and more. Round out the festivities with live music by the Carlos Herrera Trio.
