Depot Hotel Cooking School - Scuola Rustica
For more than two decades Chef Ghilarducci has been teaching the techniques and tastes of rustic Tuscan cooking to those who attend his cooking classes at the Depot Hotel Restaurant
and Garden. These are usually 3-5 course affairs, and they come with vintage wines, a cooking demonstration during which you will learn about the history of the dish and the techniques used, and a cookbook to take home with all the recipes prepared during the class. Scuola Rustica also offers courses in other Mediterranean cooking traditions from time to time.
