Patty James runs the only certified organic cooking school in the nation. When not teaching in her cooking school in Sebastopol, Patty can be found traveling around the country leading educational presentations for a wide range of audiences, including Bill Clinton's interns! Back home, the cooking classes taught by her and celebrity chefs are not to be missed. They include classes devoted to special diets, such as gluten free and diabetics, to kids' classes using organic ingredients found at local farmers' markets, and ethnic favorites like Italian food.
