Mosaic Restaurant is out in western Sonoma County in the "downtown" section of Forestville. It's a charming newer entry in the Sonoma County dining scene, with a fantastic "backyard" patio for romantic dining on warm summer nights. Northern California style cuisine, with fresh seasonal ingredients. The "must have" entree at Mosaic Restaurant is the Coffee Encrusted Filet Mignon with Madeira De-glazed Mushrooms, Chocolate-Cabernet Demi-Glace, Blue Cheese Compound Butter and Truffle Oil.
