Stark’s Steakhouse offers classic fare with a modern approach. Located at the corner of Adams and 7th Streets in the West End District of Santa Rosa’s Historic Railroad Square, Stark’s specializes in beef: highest-quality all-natural Prime Certified Angus, in-house dry-aged, grass-fed from local sources and beyond (depending upon season), and American Kobe.
All beef is hand-selected by Stark's Steakhouse owner/executive chef Mark Stark. Steaks are served à la carte and can be complemented with a wide selection of “toppers,” sauces, and sides like Truffled French Fries and Tomato Basil Mac & Cheese. Prime Rib is offered every night until it runs out. Also on the menu: sustainable seafood entrees, house-made pastas in full and half orders, salads and more. Wine Spectator award-winning wine list focusing on Sonoma County producers, many available in half bottles.
Happy Hour at Stark's Steakhouse is Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, featuring bigger than bite-sized appetizers, beer and wine specials and specialty cocktails including $2.00 Beefeater Martinis on Wednesdays and Thursdays. In addition to its cozy dining room and lounge, each with its own fireplace, Stark’s has a roomy banquet room for up to 40 and a private wine cellar dining room for up to 14. All day dining Monday through Friday and dinners only on Saturday and Sunday. Ample free parking. Credit cards accepted.
