Artisan Bakers
Opened in 1992, Artisan Bakers has always strived to produce the finest breads, cookies, and pastries with an awareness of the scientific basis of good baking. Founder Craig Ponsford is an award-winning baker, and he brings in instructors from France periodically to Artisan Bakers to teach staff how to make better and better breads.
Artisan Bakers is a popular local breakfast spot and is also a good place to pick up something to go for lunch, like sandwiches or pizza. Their baking classes also are a great way to learn how to make your favorite breads and baked goods at home.
