Sonoma Sausage
20 years of living in Germany gave proprietor Vance Sharp III the taste and knowledge of sausages to open his own sausage factory here in Northern California. Over 8000 pounds of sausage are produced at their Napa production facilities every day. While some of it is destined for consumption at San Francisco Giants' games and Marine World, among other places, but you also can enjoy tasting and purchasing his sausage at the retail store in Sonoma. The varieties range from traditional German Bratwurst to Chicken-Mango.
