The Wine Sensory Gardens allow you to explore the discriptors and affinities of white and red wine, helping you to learn how to pair the perfect wine and meal. The International Cuisine Gardens are used by Kendall-Jackson chefs to develop new recipes to go along with their wines. The Seasonal Vegetable Trial Garden is the source of the tomatoes that form the centerpiece of the annual K-J Heirloom Tomato Festival. The Culinary and Medicinal Herbs is also a source of inspiration and experimentation for the resident chefs.
