The Sonoma County Airport offers one of the easiest ways for travelers to visit local wine country. Currently, travelers can fly from Los Angeles, Portland and Seattle. Starting April 24th a daily nonstop will be offered between Las Vegas and Santa Rosa. A great way for visitors from Las Vegas to visit Sonoma Wine Country. The flight will take two hours and five minutes each way. If you don't live in one of the above cities, don't worry, the airport is trying to expand it's service to include Denver, Orange County, San Diego and Salt Lake City.

Notables: The Sonoma Airport also serves as a hot bed for Snoopy merchandise. It's not called the Charles M. Schulz Airport for nothing. Until an official Snoopy store opens, the way to get T-Shirts, ceramic mugs, and other items with that famous black and white dog is to visit the Airport Manager's office - 2290 Airport Boulevard, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
