Notables: J offers one of the most elegant tasting opportunities in Sonoma County. For $25, J's in-house chef pairs five wines with five appetizers such as duck sausage pissaladiere. Step it up another notch in the Bubble Room Reserve Tasting Salon, open Friday-Monday, for $55 with pairings such as J's Thomas Vineyard Pinot Noir with Grilled Snake River Kobe Beef Ribeye, Tartine, and Béarnaise Aioli, or four sparkling wines samples with four different caviars.
